We begin our tour with 20' lengths of raw aluminum where it is fabricated and readied for assembly. |

The hydraulic tube bender is the work-horse of the factory, running all day long. |

Once the parts are fabricated, the MIG welder assembles these parts in the appropriate jig and gets them ready to be fully TIG welded. |

One of our TIG welders takes the assembled item and finishes all of the welds to complete the fabrication process. |

The assembled furniture frames move to be Powder Coated. On the left are the chemical tanks that prepare the frames for powder. In the background is the curing oven that (once frames are powdered) heats up the frames to 400 degrees and melts the powder to the frames. |

Our powder booth, applies powder to a lounge frame before heading to the curing oven. The cylinders in the back of the powder booth trap any unused powder particles. |

Powdered lounge frames waiting to be strapped with vinyl. |

One of our many strap cutting presses. Behind are a few strap heating ovens. Vinyl must be heated and stretched around the frame to keep good tension once the vinyl cools. |

Vinyl being applied to some lounges with completed furniture in the foreground. |

Completed products awaiting inspection and packaging for shipment. |

A couple stacks of lounges ready to be shipped to our anxious customer. |
